Experience Before Purchase
FundYourTrading Evaluations are offered on our website for initial
trial. Our evaluations, utilizing trading platforms including, but not
limited to, cTrader, DX Trade, MetaTrader Platform 5, and MetaTrader
Platform 4, are conducted with our reputable brokers, including, but
not limited to, Purple Trading Seychelles through demo (simulated)
accounts. Purple Trading Seychelles, and our other reputable brokers,
offers demo accounts for clients to acquaint themselves with the
trading platform before committing to a purchase. We highly encourage
all potential customers to download, set up, and explore the demo
account thoroughly before proceeding with the purchase and starting
their evaluation. It's important to note that while this demo account
provides a glimpse into the trading platform experience for the
FundYourTrading Evaluation, the specifics and trading rules of these
demo accounts differ from those that will apply in the actual
evaluation account.
Refund Conditions After Purchase
After the completion of a purchase and once evaluation credentials are sent to the customer, refunds are strictly not permitted under any circumstances. The “experience before purchase” option, as detailed above, ensures that customers can gain a comprehensive understanding and set realistic expectations. All transactions are considered conclusive and final.
Refunds Following Evaluation Completion
Upon successful completion of the FundYourTrading Evaluation and entering into a formal agreement with us regarding the proprietary trading phase, you are eligible for a refund of your initial evaluation fee. This refund is included with your first successful profit split payment. However, the evaluation fee is only refundable after you achieve your first profit split, and any required KYC (or Know Your Customer) documentation has been successfully verified by FundYourTrading, as laid out in the Terms & Conditions.
Acknowledgement of Refund Policy
Understanding this Refund Policy is your responsibility. This policy, along with our Evaluation Terms & Conditions, forms a part of your agreement with us when purchasing FundYourTrading Evaluations. By ordering any of our evaluations, you acknowledge having read this Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms & Conditions, and agree to the collective terms. If you disagree with any part of this policy, or any other required policy laid out by FundYourTrading, please refrain from making a purchase. Policy on Chargebacks
You agree to avoid initiating chargebacks for any payments made to FundYourTrading, whether through credit card or other payment methods, without prior consultation with FundYourTrading. In the event of a chargeback situation, you must provide complete details to FundYourTrading regarding the chargeback intention.
In the case of a chargeback claim, FundYourTrading reserves the right to suspend any Membership or Evaluation Accounts under your name and withhold any profit split payments.
Should a chargeback claim occur, FundYourTrading is entitled to reclaim any amounts previously paid to you, including payments from any Membership or Evaluation Accounts.
Moreover, in the event of any chargeback claim, whether successful or otherwise, you agree to cover all costs incurred by FundYourTrading in defending these claims, including legal fees.

FundYourTrading maintains the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on our website.
